BRUTAL DISCIPLINE for the last 24 years.

Please tell me you are the same.

Estimated Reading Time: 3-4 minutes
Yes, you read that right

I’ve been hitting the gym for years!

When I was like 6 or 7, my father was a “solid bodybuilder.”
He and a few guys designed their gym, built the machines from scratch in a factory, and set it all up in this dusty, underground cellar.

But if I’m being honest…
The real reason I kept going back was the naked Playboy pictures on the wall. LoL

It was a weird, wild place to be at that age…..

BUT This is not THAT motivational story.
This one is better.

First, I’ll share what I learned. Then I’ll show you how it’s working for me in my life.

We live in a world obsessed with shortcuts, and overnight success. But here’s the truth, there is no hack .

David Goggins with that big eye look at you and would say,
“There’s no fu*king hack, bro.”
And he’s right.

The truth hurts, but it’s a long way to go.

We’ve all been there. The first week, you’re pumped.
You set your alarm for 6:30 AM, fast gym before work and you even buy a new sneakers, haha and say,
“This is it. This is the start of something great.”

You post one on instagram, and the snooze button becomes your best friend… LOL
You shot down the snooze before your willpower even knew what was happening.

Sound familiar? I know the warm bed is good

So… what to do ? ⬇️

Get Real: It's Not About Motivation. It’s About Discipline.

Motivation fades the moment your warm morning bed feels too comfortable. BUT Discipline, on the other hand, is what gets you to the gym when you’d rather be anywhere else.

I’ll be honest with you: I’m the first one in the gym every morning. Gym doors open, and I’m already there, ready to go. It’s not magic. It’s my morning caffein. That’s the mindset you need: consistent. The hardest part is showing up. Once you’re in the gym, the rest is easy.

And after the workout? That well-deserved breakfast tastes like a victory. YEEEEE

Today’s Problem: Sticking to the Plan.

I know you lazy ass didnt downloaded my FREE Time Management Planner but i will LINK IT in the end. AGAIN…..

It’s frustrating. You set the goal. You get all excited. And then… life happens. Work, family, hangover mornings etc… The easiest to fall off track. But here’s the thing: most people quit because they don’t make their routine a priority and without a routine, you're already drifting away from your purpose.

FIND YOUR “ WHY “
It’s simple:  The point is to understand WHY you're walking through those gym doors today. What is your true goal behind all of this? Because when you have a clear sense of direction, you know exactly which path to take.

If your health haven’t DM you yet, I’ll tell you:

You need to stop waiting for motivation. Motivation will not get you out of bed at 5 AM. The real key is discipline, the ability to show up and push through, even when the desire to stay in bed feels stronger than ever.

When discipline becomes your foundation, health follows, no questions asked.

BUT What Are you Winning?  Better Health, Confidence, & Control

So, what’s in it for you? Here’s the deal: you’re not just building muscle or shedding fat. You’re building confidence and mental toughness. You’re reclaiming control over your life. When you commit to a routine, everything else becomes easier.

⬇️ AND HERE IS MY ROUTIN. ⬇️

Well, I do not want to overtalk this whole topic. I think you understand what I mean, you have only one life, and it is pending now. Everything feels better after a good workout. And everything is sounds better without health problems too.

All my life, every gym I went to, I went with heart. I put on my music, pushed to my max, and got lost in my thoughts.
I only missed a month when I had a serious accident and dislocated my shoulder. oh wait, actually both shoulders… That time, I could barely even clean my own ass…

BUT every comeback is a new story. I stay flexible with what I do, but the most important thing is, I keep doing it!

Last month I started doing yoga every morning. Hurt like hell. Kinda boring. But I gave it a shot. I know keep going….

Now I just started Muay Thai here in Thailand ( wildcatmuaythai ) and I am thinking... six months from now, maybe I’ll have a real fight. You know, with rules, di*k protection, and all that shiet….

If you think it’s a good idea, let me know in the DMs. Lol.
I mean it.

So, Are You Ready?

You’ve read this far. Now, what are you going to do about it? Are you going to hit snooze one more time or are you ready to take action? You’re only one decision away from changing your life.

Don’t wait for motivation. Get disciplined. Build your routine.
