EVERYONE IS HEALING, BUT NO ONE IS LIVING.

Dear Friends!

I don’t know who needs to hear this,
but healing became another full-time job.

You wake up and you already feel behind.
You meditate. Journal. Cold plunge.
You write about your inner child.
You track your sleep, your mood, your macros, your trauma.
You do it all.
But for who?

Do you even remember the last time you laughed so hard you couldn’t breathe?

It’s like we’ve convinced ourselves that joy has to be earned.
After enough shadow work.
After you “regulate your nervous system.”
After the universe gives you permission.

But that’s not how humans are built.

I’m not saying don’t grow.
I love growth.
But damn, can we live too?

Can we stop trying to perfect ourselves
long enough to go outside barefoot,
eat pancakes at 2 a.m.,
hold the person you love without needing to fix anything.

Because honestly...
healing isn’t the point.

LIVING is.

I remember few days I had “off.”
No social media. No content. No plans.
You’d think I’d finally relax.

Nope.
I felt guilty every second.
Because I wasn’t “working on myself.”

Like just being wasn’t enough.

So what’s the point?

The truth is, you don’t need to fix yourself before you enjoy your life.
You don’t need to have all the answers before you let yourself feel good for once.
You don’t need another damn breakthrough.

Sometimes the most healing thing you can do
is stop healing for a second.
And just let yourself exist.

Messy.
Unfiltered.
Unimproved.
Alive.

No checklist.
No timeline.
Just… you.

If you feel this somewhere deep,
that’s your sign to close this tab and go do something that feels good.
No reason.
No growth.
Just joy.
