~ A big glass of water, and that beautiful morning bike ride at sunrise, with golden shadows dancing on the trees and houses, was priceless.

Morning movements definitely made my mind was clearer, my focus sharper, and my energy lasted longer.

Here’s what you can do:
1️⃣ Wake up 30 minutes earlier than usual and do something for yourself, meditate, or just breathe, practice gratitude.
2️⃣ Avoid screens the first 30 minutes. Give your mind a chance to wake up naturally.
